What is Invisalign?
It's a remarkably great way to straighten your teeth without the use of metal braces. Invisalign is a series of clear plastic mouthpieces (called aligners) which are custom-designed for your mouth.
How does Invisalign work?
The aligners slowly shift your teeth into a new position, straightening them. You wear about twelve aligners over the course of the year.
How noticeable are the aligners?
They are not casually noticeable at all. Only your close friends and intimate partners will notice.
How effective is Invisalign?
As effective as traditional braces, if not more. The aligners are custom-created from a mold of your mouth. Computer modeling is used to design the series of aligners, accurately straightening your teeth.
Will Invisalign affect how I eat and talk?
No. Most people find they adapt to the aligners quite quickly, and barely notice them.
How often will I have to wear the aligners?
It depends on your specific situation, but most people use the Invisalign system for about a year, switching aligners every three weeks or so.
If you have crooked teeth, there is an invisible fix. Say goodbye to traditional metal braces, and hello to Invisalign. You can only get the Invisalign system from a qualified cosmetic dentist, such as Dr. Strader.
